Shipping & Return Policy for The Patriot Vault

Thank you for choosing The Patriot Vault. We’re committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Please review our shipping, return, and refund policies outlined below.


Shipping Policy

1. Order Fulfillment & U.S. Shipping
We pride ourselves on fast and efficient service. Orders are typically processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders valued over $150 shipped within the United States. Most domestic shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

2. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
We ship worldwide to most international destinations. However, some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries.

Important for International Buyers: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office to understand what additional costs may apply before making a purchase. The Patriot Vault is not liable for any of these charges.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are based on item availability and the shipping option selected at checkout. Shipping fees for most items are calculated based on weight and rounded up to the nearest pound in accordance with carrier policies.


Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. You must request a return within this time frame.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain goods and market conditions, some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • All Bullion Products (gold, silver, platinum, etc. valued by metal content)

  • All Auction Items

If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unaltered condition—undamaged, unopened, and in the original packaging, holder, or protective slab. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

4. Return Process

  • Contact Us First: To begin a return, email us at admin@thepatriotvault.com or call us at 703-463-4624.  Wait for Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

  • Do Not Send Without Approval: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges & Refunds

1. Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted and processed.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund on your account.

Please Note: A $50 restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of the reason, including cases where the item is not delivered.
